Production Staff, Audio and Media Centre

Job Summary  The Audio and Media Centre (AMC) is a creative media agency capable of full in-house production utilizing graphic design, videography, photography, printing, and publications. It fulfills several key responsibilities: serving as the primary printing, photo, video and graphics content creators for the AMS, producing the Tricolour Yearbook and Agenda, and soliciting internal and external contracts for revenue.  Media Centre Production Staff positions are responsible for delivering printing materials to external and internal AMS customers.   Job Competencies  Accountability  Communication  Organization   Ownership   Cultural Sensitivity   Creativity  Client-Customer Focused  Responsibilities  Exhibit working knowledge of all AMS Media Centre equipment, including printers, binding machines, computer network, software and general equipment following appropriate training   Attend all training sessions to become familiar with the department and adhere to the general operations of the department  Maintain timely communication with your direct supervisor  Complete all tasks efficiently and attentively   Respect and adhere to all company policies, procedures and ethical standards   Attend and fully participate in all in person and virtual meetings   Strive to foster a warm, comfortable and respectful atmosphere for all   Always serve as a representative of the AMS and its mission statement  Complete other duties as assigned   Job Requirements  Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills   Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills    Working Conditions  Interaction and collaboration with coworkers, management and the Queen’s community
