Acute Care, PACU, Pre-Op, Ambulatory Surgery Experience preferred. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Active South Carolina RN license or compact state license.
Our center is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse that is skilled, compassionate, professional, and is committed to providing excellent quality care in an Outpatient Endoscopy Center. You will play a critical role in providing pre and post procedural care for endoscopy procedures.
Great Schedule, Monday-Friday Day Shift, No weekends, No holidays, and No call.
Requirements
~1 min read- Outgoing, positive attitude toward co-employees, management, patients, visitors, and physicians.
- Ability to think critically, make logical decisions, and solve problems.
- Strong ethical and moral character references
- Proficient and respectful communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of nursing techniques.
- One (1) year of nursing experience.
- Basic computer skills
Requirements
~1 min read- Acute Care, PACU, Pre-Op, Ambulatory Surgery Experience preferred.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Active South Carolina RN license or compact state license.
- CPR certification and ACLS certification
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Continuously assess and monitors the physical and emotional status of the patient and documents and reports per policy and procedure.
- →Organizes nursing activities efficiently and effectively.
- →Uses proper techniques and procedures according to accepted standards of practice.
- →Addresses patient needs specific to the anticipated procedure.
- →Provides comfort and reassurance to each patient.
- →Maintains patients privacy and dignity.
- →Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide safe continuity of patient care.
- →Actively participates as a team member in support of the total endoscopy process.
- →Supervises and directs patient care in pre, intra and post- op.
