• →Assemble mechanical components and systems using clear instructions and drawings
• →Support a variety of builds, from smaller subassemblies to full system integration
• →Use hand and power tools to complete high-quality work
• →Follow established processes to ensure consistency, safety, and quality
• →Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured environment
• Comfort with hands-on work and using basic tools
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn

• Prior experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings/work instructions
• Confidence working independently and supporting troubleshooting or rework
