About the Role

Ana Luisa is looking for a data-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to join our growth team at an exciting moment of evolution. In this role, you will be a key player in driving our e-commerce and retail marketing efforts, taking full ownership of our paid channel performance across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok.

You will sit at the intersection of analytics and creative, continually optimizing media strategies, testing new channels, and collaborating on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to elevate our customer journey and maximize ROI. This role reports to the Director of Marketing

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Own, manage, and scale paid channel performance, overseeing strategy, execution, and daily optimization across Google, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Support broader e-commerce and retail marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and high-converting customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to uncover actionable insights, continuously optimizing both media mix and budget allocation.
  • Partner closely with the creative team to provide data-backed feedback, shaping high-performing ad creatives, copy, and messaging.
  • Lead the testing and exploration of new acquisition channels and innovative media strategies to drive incremental growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to assist with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), identifying friction points and improving landing page performance and the overall digital funnel.
  • Track, report, and present key marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV) to the Head of Marketing, translating complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in performance marketing, ideally within direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, fashion, or retail brands.
  • Proven track record of hands-on execution and scaling of paid media budgets across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical expertise with a deep understanding of marketing attribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing creative performance—you know exactly what makes a digital ad convert.
  • Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles, user experience, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously.
  • A highly collaborative mindset with the ability to clearly communicate data insights and strategic pivots to leadership.

Compensation

This role will be paid for professional service on a monthly basis paid by invoice.
