This role exists to take ownership of growth marketing initiatives, campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing attribution. The successful candidate will help build scalable marketing systems that generate qualified pipeline, support enterprise sales efforts, and provide clear visibility into marketing ROI.

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded Growth Marketer who understands how to build campaigns that generate opportunities—not just engagement.

This is not a traditional social media role. You will work directly with leadership to execute and optimize marketing initiatives across multiple channels, supporting enterprise sales efforts in industries such as luxury goods, packaging, manufacturing, and retail.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, operator, and builder—someone who can take ideas from concept to execution, build systems around them, and continuously optimize based on performance data.

This is a highly hands-on role with significant ownership and long-term growth potential as the marketing function expands.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business development and sales initiatives
  • Create landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, and lead generation workflows
  • Support product launches, outbound campaigns, and direct-mail initiatives
  • Manage content distribution across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels
  • Assist with paid media testing and growth experiments
  • Develop scalable marketing systems that support revenue generation
  • Build systems that track marketing performance from awareness through pipeline creation
  • Improve lead quality and conversion rates across campaigns
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze attribution data and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Continuously test, iterate, and improve campaign performance
  • Create newsletters, educational content, industry reports, and campaign assets
  • Develop sales enablement materials, presentations, and client-facing collateral
  • Support the creation of thought leadership and industry-focused content initiatives
  • Partner closely with internal design resources to execute campaigns effectively
  • Build content that supports both audience engagement and revenue growth
  • Collaborate directly with leadership on marketing strategy and campaign planning
  • Provide recommendations based on performance data and market insights
  • Help establish scalable marketing processes and operational systems
  • Support long-term growth initiatives and expansion efforts
  • 5–10+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, content marketing, or related fields
  • Proven experience building and executing campaigns from strategy through implementation
  • Strong copywriting and conversion-focused marketing skills
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, attribution tools, and campaign analytics
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, funnel optimization, and performance marketing
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong English communication skills
  • B2B or enterprise marketing experience
  • Experience supporting sales teams and revenue-generating initiatives
  • Exposure to manufacturing, packaging, luxury goods, industrial products, or related industries
  • Experience marketing to multiple stakeholders within enterprise organizations
  • Familiarity with outbound marketing and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external creative partners
