We are seeking an Operations Billing Specialist with expertise in payment posting to support customers with our Explanation of Benefits conversion solution.

  Overseeing and optimizing Explanation of Benefits posting workflows to ensure timely and accurate completion.

  Collaborating with the product team to provide feedback on process inefficiencies and identify opportunities to enhance system automation.

  Establishing and maintaining scalable processes, with a focus on payment posting accuracy and compliance.

  Building and refining customer support infrastructure to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
