AndHealth is on a mission to radically improve access and outcomes for the most challenging chronic health conditions, with the goal of making world-class specialty care accessible and affordable to all. We partner with health systems, community health centers, and independent practices to remove barriers to care to ensure all people have access to the care they deserve.

About the role

We’re looking for someone who can identify game-changing ideas, influence and direct change, and turn that into real outcomes. You'll work side-by-side with the Operations leadership team, engineering, and clinical teams, owning initiatives that travel from concept to launch. We want someone who thrives in ambiguity, gets their hands dirty, and is energized by hard problems. If you are motivated by solving tough problems, learning quickly, and making a measurable impact, this role offers the opportunity to accelerate your career while advancing AndHealth’s mission.

Your job is to find where things are breaking down, design solutions that account for the full complexity of our care environment, and build the systems that keep them working after active attention moves on. If you're motivated by influencing change and energized by the kind of work that doesn't come with a roadmap, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Strategy to launch. Take complex operational problems from initial discovery through live solution — including the analysis, solution design, SOPs, and training that make it real and keep it running (e.g. overhauling our lab workflow or redesigning how we track clinical performance).
  • Data analytics and discovery. Spend significant time in the data to understand what's working and what's not — and communicate those findings clearly across stakeholders, including our executive team. You're not waiting for someone to hand you a question; you're finding the questions worth asking.
  • Special projects. Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives — scoping the problem, navigating the interconnected layers of technology, clinical operations, partnerships, and patient experience, and driving to a finish without breaking things along the way.
  • Team Coordination. Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events related to priority projects, driving important decisions and action.
  • Make it stick. Build the dashboards, metrics, and feedback loops that verify your solutions are working.
  • Make it better. Spot and fix the processes that slow the organization down, and leave behind infrastructure that scales.

Your first 6 - 12 months

  • You've built the dashboard and agenda framework that powers the Operations Core Team meeting — pulling the right data into view, structuring the conversation around priorities, and creating accountability for what gets decided. The meeting doesn't depend on any one person to run well; it runs on the system you built.
  • You have built strong relationships across the organization and fully understand the care delivery model, operating model, and partnerships.
  • You've taken at least one complex operational problem from discovery to live — with dashboards, SOPs, and training that let it run without you.
  • You have a deep understanding of AndHealth's care delivery model, operating model, and community health center partnerships.
  • You've built strong cross-functional relationships and are trusted by operations, clinical, and technology leadership as a go-to analytical thought partner.

Other Skills or Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in management consulting, a high-growth startup, or a comparable environment — with a demonstrated ability to own complex, ambiguous problems from diagnosis through resolution.
  • Strong hands-on data proficiency, including SQL and data visualization. Familiarity with dbt, Omni, or other modern BI tools is a meaningful plus.
  • A proven track record of delivering sophisticated, cross-functional projects — without waiting for a roadmap to be handed to you.
  • Exceptional structuring and communication skills — the ability to bring clarity to a messy problem and translate it into a crisp, compelling narrative for senior leadership.
  • Rigorous attention to detail and a natural instinct for building tools, processes, and systems that create accountability and scale.
  • A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves approach — you're as comfortable doing the work as you are directing it.
  • A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or comparable graduate degree is a plus.
  • Background in healthcare, product, operations, or program design is a bonus — but intellectual curiosity and mission alignment matter more than domain expertise.

Here's what we'd like to offer you:

  • Equal investment and support for our people and patients.
  • A fun and ambitious growing environment with a culture that takes on important things, takes risks, and learns quickly.
  • The ability to demonstrate creativity, innovation, and conscientiousness, and find joy in working together.
  • A team of highly skilled, incredibly kind, and welcoming employees, every one of whom has something unique to offer.
  • We know that the overall success of our business is a collaborative effort, and we strive to provide ongoing opportunities for our employees to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.
  • Full-time employees are eligible to participate in our benefits package which includes Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Paid time off, Short- and Long-Term Disability, 401k match and more.

We are an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
