- You can lead a crew and get everybody rowing the same direction
- You sweat the details, right count, right pans, right time
- You stay cool when the orders stack up and the clock is ticking
- You care about Tulsa as much as you care about great food. Community outreach is a big deal around here
- Kitchen experience is a plus, not a must. Leadership, planning, and execution experience is what we're after
- 40 hours guaranteed every week, even when catering is slow
- Thursday through Sunday, 10-hour days, usually 10am to 8pm (times flex with catering orders)
