Responsibilities

- → Patrol buildings and surrounding areas
- → Escort personnel and materials
- → Conduct inspections of security and fire exposures
- → Complete Daily Activity and Incident Reports
- → Respond to alarms and emergencies
- → Communicate daily with supervisors

- →Respond to alarms and emergencies
- →Communicate daily with supervisors
- →Responsible for the training and onboarding of all new security officers.
- →Provide hands-on training to ensure new officers understand site policies, procedures, post orders, and expectations.
- →Serve as a liaison between officers and supervisors, helping address questions, concerns, and operational issues.
- →Serve as a subject matter expert on security operations and procedures across all shifts.
- →Conduct on-the-job training and provide coaching to officers to improve performance and ensure compliance.
- →Evaluate new officers’ performance and provide feedback to supervisors regarding training progress and readiness.
- →Assist supervisors with identifying training needs and developing additional training when necessary.
- →Ensure officers are properly prepared to perform their assigned duties and respond effectively to incidents.
- →Maintain consistent training standards across all shifts and posts.
- →Reinforce company, client, and property policies and procedures through ongoing coaching and instruction.
