About the Role

The Head of Product is a key role responsible for shaping and executing the company’s product strategy in a fast-growing software environment. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on product leadership, ensuring alignment between product development, business goals, and customer needs.

You will lead a team of Product Owners, drive collaboration across Product, Engineering, and business teams, and ensure that the product portfolio delivers measurable value and supports long-term company growth. A key focus of the role is also defining the strategic direction of AI within the product ecosystem, including leading the development of a new AI-powered analytics platform leveraging tourism data.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall product strategy, translating business objectives into clear priorities and roadmaps.
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Owners, fostering strong product management practices and continuous growth.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between Product and Engineering teams across all stages of product development.
  • Drive product discovery, including validation of problems, exploration of solutions, and incorporation of user feedback.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, aligning product priorities with leadership, customer success, and support teams.
  • Identify product opportunities based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor and optimize product performance using metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as Product Owner for a strategic AI-powered analytics platform.


Professional Experience

  • 5–8+ years of experience in product management within a software or SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working closely with Engineering teams in Agile development settings.
  • Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers or Product Owners.
  • Strong track record of defining product priorities and managing product roadmaps.
  • Deep understanding of customer-driven product development and data-informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in SAFe methodology and hands-on experience working within a SAFe environment.
  • Ability to foster psychological safety, open communication, and constructive feedback.
