About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to serve as a key enabler of agility across our organization. In this role, you will support teams, product leaders, and management in effectively applying Agile principles, fostering systemic self-organization, and continuously elevating our ways of working.
Moving beyond team-level delivery, you will focus on broader coaching, mentorship, leadership advisory, and organizational change initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a sustainable Agile culture, optimizing flow across departments, and building an environment that enables high efficiency and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Organizational Agility & Transformation: Drive Agile transformation initiatives and support leaders in aligning organizational structures and culture with Agile principles.
- Coach Leaders & Teams: Provide high-impact coaching, mentorship, and training on Agile mindsets, modern practices, and leadership behaviors.
- Optimize Systemic Flow & Delivery: Help teams and domains identify cross-team risks, strategic dependencies, and systemic bottlenecks to improve overall flow.
- Partner with Product & Executive Leadership: Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Business Leads to refine product strategy alignment, value stream mapping, and outcome-based roadmapping.
- Facilitate High-Level Workshops & Alignment: Design and facilitate large-scale workshops, strategic retrospectives, value-mapping sessions, and organizational problem-solving syncs.
- Guide Advanced Agile Practices: Mentor teams and practice communities in continuous delivery, flow optimization (Kanban/Metrics), and effective backlog management.
- Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Champion psychological safety, experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making across all levels of the company.
- Build Agile Practice & Community: Establish internal Agile communities of practice (CoPs) to empower local change agents and internal Scrum Masters.
Professional Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Agile Coach, Enterprise Coach, or senior Agile Delivery Specialist with a proven track record of driving organizational change.
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks & scaling models (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Scrum@Scale, LeSS, SAFe, or custom organizational models).
- Strong coaching & mentorship expertise: Demonstrated capability to coach individuals, cross-functional teams, and senior executive leaders.
- Advanced facilitation skills: Ability to design and run engaging workshops, multi-team alignment sessions, and strategic retrospectives.
- Data-informed mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure enterprise flow metrics (e.g., Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput) and turn data into actionable improvements.
- Background in technology or product development: Strong understanding of modern software delivery lifecycles and product management principles.
- Tooling proficiency: Familiarity with enterprise Agile tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro, Confluence) used to track, visualize, and optimize flow across multiple teams.

- Recognized coaching certifications: ICF (ACC/PCC), ICP-ACC, ICP-CAT, ICP-ENT, or similar credentials.
- Advanced Agile certifications: PSM II/III, CSP-PO, CSP-SM, SAFe SPC, or equivalent scaling/coaching qualifications.
