Ansell is looking for a Supervisor, Production to join our team in Melaka!
In this position you will be Responsible to direct, organize, control and be accountable for all production activities during the
shift. To monitor daily output and performance of subordinates. Identify and ensure that all
resources are adequate. To control production material wastages and gloves rejects.

What your role will be?
• To be aware of and communicate the Company's Quality Policy, Occupational Safety & Health Policy, and Environmental Policy to subordinates.
• To be aware, committed, and responsible for understanding the importance of protecting the environment by ensuring all activities and practices support pollution prevention and comply with legal requirements.
• Ensure that you and your subordinates apply Safety & Risk Management techniques in the workplace.
• Ensure that subordinates comply with SOPs and know where these SOPs are available.
• Train subordinates on relevant SOPs and ensure full compliance with the Company's Quality System, hygiene practices, and other workplace requirements.
• Ensure that you and your subordinates understand the implications of improper job performance and the need for quality work at all times.
• Ensure that you and your subordinates comply with the Company's rules and regulations, disciplinary procedures, and any instructions issued by management.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the work area.
• Understand the Company's emergency procedures.
• Constantly strive to improve productivity and quality.
• Satisfy internal customers' requirements.
• Assist superiors with projects, assignments, and other duties as instructed.
• Minimize machinery downtime.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or management.

What will you bring to Ansell?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronic / Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Candidates with SPM / SPMV qualifications having related working experience.
• Experience in  supervisory working experience in leading a group of people
• Computer literate with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Mature and pleasant personality.
