We are looking for a strategic, empathetic People Partner to own the end-to-end employee experience and drive talent initiatives across both our corporate and clinical teams. Reporting directly to the VP of People, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers across the organization, coaching them to unblock their teams, resolve complex remote employee relations, and build clear growth paths for their people. • 4+ years of experience specifically as a People/HR Business Partner or People Partner, ideally within a fully remote environment.

    • Prior experience supporting a mix of corporate staff and hourly, frontline, or clinical/healthcare teams, with a deep understanding of the unique engagement and operational needs of both.

    • Proven track record of independently managing complex employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations remotely, while balancing empathy with strict compliance and documentation.

    • Direct experience helping design, scale, and execute company-wide talent milestones, including performance calibrations, promotion cycles, and merit/compensation reviews.

    • Strong background in coaching people managers through difficult conversations and team friction, alongside hands-on experience designing and facilitating virtual leadership development or training programs.

    • Demonstrated experience building structured career ladders, growth pathways, and succession/development plans for high-potential employees across diverse departments.

    • Experience using HR data, pulse surveys, and exit interview insights to identify cultural trends and build actionable retention initiatives.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex remote employee relations and conflict resolution, providing objective, empathetic guidance while ensuring compliance and documentation standards.

    • Partner with VP of People to design and execute the annual performance review cycle, including creating training content, building review frameworks, and facilitating fair and equitable performance calibrations.

    • Coach and support people managers on navigating difficult conversations, resolving team friction, and using performance management frameworks to unblock and unlock their teams' potential.

    • Support the annual promotion and compensation change processes, building clear approval workflows and equipping managers with the training needed to deliver compensation decisions transparently.

    • Collaborate with vertical leaders to design, implement, and maintain structured growth paths and career progression frameworks across different departments and levels.

    • Design, deliver, and track virtual training programs for corporate staff while facilitating specialized leadership development initiatives to elevate manager capabilities.
