Business Insights & PMO Associate

• Prepare executive-level presentations by synthesizing financial and operational data, ensuring clear storytelling and high visual quality
• Collect, structure, and interpret financial and operational data into actionable recommendations
• Support and coordinate complex cross-functional projects
• Monitor project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Build a strong understanding of key performance drivers, and operational priorities
• Engage effectively with all stakeholders across business units and senior management

• 3–5 years of experience in Management Consulting or related roles
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong experience in executive presentations and storytelling (Excel and PowerPoint mastery is essential)
• Familiarity with Chatgpt, Claude or familiar AI tools, Canvas and beautiful.ai considered a plus
• Proven ability to translate data into clear, structured outputs
• Exposure to financial analysis, business cases and performance tracking
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
