Service Staff (Full & Part Time) - Park Renti (Village Roadshow Greece)

The Service Staff member is responsible for serving visitors at the park's café, taking and delivering orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming space. This role plays a key part in the visitor's overall experience.

Customer Service

• →Welcome customers at the café, take orders, and deliver food and beverages.
• →Inform customers about the menu, daily offers, and ingredients.
• →Handle complaints and special requests with professionalism.

Cash Desk & Orders

• →Process transactions accurately through the POS system.
• →Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely execution of orders.
• →Prepare simple items (coffees, smoothies, snacks) where required.

Space & Cleanliness

• →Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and the general café area.
• →Check stock levels and inform the Supervisor of any shortages.
• →Participate in the café's opening and closing procedures.

• →High school diploma. Studies in Tourism/Hospitality or a related field are an additional asset.
• →Experience in food service, café, or customer service is an advantage.
• →Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
• →Strong people orientation and excellent communication skills.
• →Flexibility to work a rotating schedule (afternoons, weekends, holidays).
• →Reliability, initiative, and team spirit.
• →Excellent knowledge of the Greek language, knowledge of English is an additional asset.
