Responsibilities

→Welcome guests on arrival, guide them to their rooms, explain amenities and services, and assist throughout their stay
→Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
→Recommend dining, entertainment, shopping, tours and sightseeing options
→Assist with valet parking, organising airport transfers and taxis, and manage luggage to and from rooms
→Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby, entrance, and baggage areas
→Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

Exceptional customer service skills, positive attitude, and professional appearance
At least 6-months of experience as a Porter or in a similar role
Experience in a 5-star hotel environment
Knowledge of Movielink and Vingcard systems desirable
Valid Manual NT Full Driver’s license - C & B class
Commercial passenger vehicle licence (H endorsement) or willingness to obtain if successful
Ability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings/nights, weekends, and public holidays
