We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success & Sales Specialist who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and delivering outstanding service. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, answering questions, and identifying solutions that match their needs. Responsibilities

- Answer questions about products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Introduce promotions, upgrades, and additional solutions when they provide value.
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Consistently work toward sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer information within the CRM system.
- Record customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up communications.
- Share customer insights and trends with leadership to help improve service and offerings.
- Meet service standards, productivity goals, and response-time expectations.
- Work closely with colleagues to improve processes and customer experiences.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
Requirements

- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, retail, or call centre environments is an asset.
- Comfortable recommending products and identifying customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and common business software is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada and currently reside in one of the following provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, or Newfoundland and Labrador.
