We are seeking Licensed LLQP Insurance Advisors to join our growing team. If you are already licensed, or interested in obtaining your insurance license, we provide the training, support, and resources to help you succeed.

About the Role
~1 min readAs a Remote Insurance Advisor, you will connect with individuals and families who are looking for guidance on insurance solutions. You will help clients understand their options, identify their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to help protect what matters most.
Our team provides qualified leads, ongoing coaching, and a supportive environment designed to help you achieve your professional goals.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Connect with warm leads through phone and virtual meetings.
- Conduct needs-based conversations with families, seniors, and individuals.
- Explain insurance products and protection options in a clear and professional manner.
- Build trust with clients by listening carefully and providing personalized solutions.
- Maintain accurate client records, reports, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth and success.
- Participate in coaching, training, and mentorship programs.
- Support the development and success of new team members.
- Assist with recruiting and building a high-performing team.
- Provide guidance and encouragement throughout the onboarding process.
Requirements
~1 min read- Valid LLQP insurance license in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Newfoundland, or British Columbia preferred.
- Candidates willing to obtain their insurance license will also be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude with excellent reliability and organization.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer skills required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service, sales, or client-facing experience is an asset.

- Ontario
- Newfoundland and Labrador
