As a Team Leader & Development Coordinator, you will focus on fostering a supportive, high-standards team culture and helping your organization execute its service goals. This role involves providing team members with the training, remote resources, and daily mentorship needed to consistently achieve professional milestones.

Responsibilities

● Team Development: Lead, mentor, and coordinate a remote service team, including assisting with regional talent screening, onboarding, and ongoing development.

● Milestone Coaching: Help team members establish professional development milestones, monitor service consistency, and provide constructive, positive feedback.

● Skill Gap Identification: Identify areas for professional growth within your team and implement tailored solutions to elevate overall service quality.

● Training Facilitation: Organize and facilitate supplemental virtual training sessions, skill workshops, and collaborative team-building activities to drive remote connection and effectiveness.

● Culture Stewardship: Cultivate a positive, inclusive workspace where team collaboration, integrity, and client service go hand-in-hand.
