In this role, you’ll connect with individuals and families who requested information about available benefits, conduct virtual consultations, and provide ongoing support throughout the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families through Zoom
  • Understand client needs and explain available supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process with attention to detail and care
  • Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
  • Provide ongoing client support and policy guidance when needed
  • Build strong professional relationships that support long-term client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver a high standard of client service
  • Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and ongoing professional development
  • Professionals who enjoy building relationships and helping others
  • Strong communicators comfortable presenting information virtually
