Responsibilities

- →Guide clients through available benefit and coverage options
- →Assist clients with the benefits enrollment process
- →Answer questions and provide clear, professional recommendations
- →Build and maintain positive client relationships
- →Maintain accurate client records and follow up as needed
- →Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Requirements
~1 min read- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection
- Access to a computer or laptop
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
