The role involves leading and developing the program management leadership team, ensuring accountability for goals and results while fostering a strong organizational culture. It will define and drive the operational vision for program excellence, integrating systems and processes to improve delivery and client satisfaction. Additionally, it involves collaboration with the Chief Growth Officer to align operations with growth initiatives, ensuring scalability and sustainability. In addition to partnering with the CGO, this individual must demonstrate the ability to relate well to a diverse group of stakeholders.  This leader will be passionate about the vision and mission of AL and develop the character and competence necessary to cultivate program management excellence. 
 
  • Full time, 40 hours per week. 
  • Remote position open to candidates across all U.S. time zones. 
  • Proven experience leading through multiple layers of leadership, including developing and holding accountable leaders who manage other employees.
  • 5 to 7 years experience in multifamily or industry leadership, business development, or program management.
  • 3 to 5 years experience leading a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and Asana a plus.
