Sales Executive

SSO Personnel are seeking to hire an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team in Cahir.

This role is all about building strong customer relationships, growing sales, and spotting new business opportunities in a busy, target-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow existing key accounts
• Prepare quotes and follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Negotiate pricing and place supplier orders
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
• Track sales activity through the CRM system and meet agreed targets
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, target-driven, and organised
• Confident in negotiation and consultative selling
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel)
• Experience in the building merchant or construction sector is an advantage
