SSO Personnel are seeking to hire a Service Advisor to join the team just outside Waterford City. You’ll be working closely with the Service Manager to make sure customers get a smooth, top-quality experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Welcoming customers and looking after them from drop-off to pick-up
- →Turning customer issues into clear job notes for technicians
- →Ordering parts and making sure everything arrives on time
- →Handling invoices and payments
- →Keeping customer info up to date on the system
- →Keeping customers in the loop about their vehicle and any work needed
- Around 2 years’ experience in a service or aftersales role (dealership experience is a bonus)
- Ability to pick things up quickly and stay on top of things in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable using Office 365 (Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Any experience with online fleet systems is a plus
- Is easy to talk to and great with customers
- Has a positive attitude and gets stuck in
- Thinks on their feet and solves problems
- Works well on their own and with others
- Pays attention to the small details
- Is keen to learn and grow
