Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Review pre-labeled audio segmentation and transcription for accuracy and correctness.
- →Follow project guidelines to ensure high-quality results.
- →Contribute to improving AI speech recognition models.
Requirements
~1 min read- Fluent, Native or near-native proficiency in US English.
- Prior experience with transcription and familiarity with ADAP, or similar speech annotation tools.
- Strong understanding of phonetics, phonology, and prosodic annotation.
- Ability to recognize intonational phrases, pitch accents, and prosodic boundaries.
- Keen ear for spontaneous conversational speech, including disfluencies and overlaps.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in transcription conventions.
- Background in segmentation and transcription
