About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Specialist to drive high-quality HR operations across two interconnected areas: Global Mobility and Employee Lifecycle Management. Based in Taiwan and sitting within the Employee Experience team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to enable compliant cross-border talent movement and deliver a seamless employee journey.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- End-to-End Coordination: Own and coordinate end-to-end global mobility and work authorization processes in collaboration with international hires, internal stakeholders and external vendors and government agencies.
- Compliance & AI Automation: Maintain global mobility guidelines to ensure compliance, leverage AI tools to redesign and automate mobility workflows, reducing manual effort while improving scalability, visibility, and operational consistency.
- Full-Cycle Operations & Collaboration: Own end-to-end lifecycle processes (e.g., on-boarding, probation, transfers, contract renewals, off-boarding), coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and SLA-based support at every stage of the employee journey.
- AI Optimization & Automation: Apply AI tools to continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience through process optimization and automation.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in global mobility, immigration, international HR operations, or HR generalist/operations roles preferred. Overseas HR experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee transfers) and HR service delivery.
- Professional communicator with service-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with high adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment; comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and eager to embrace new organizational challenges.
- English proficiency required; additional languages a plus.
