Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist with installing HVAC systems in residential and/or commercial settings
- →Carry tools and materials to and from job sites
- →Help prepare installation sites and clean up afterward
- →Learn how to read blueprints and installation instructions
- →Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- →Provide support to lead installers and learn through on-the-job training
Requirements

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 100-150 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and take direction, and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude
- Able to set an outdoor unit
- Rough-in experience
- Ability to run a line set
- Ability to wire indoor and outdoor unit or wiring experience preferred
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Technical school or HVAC training or equivalent
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Prior construction or mechanical experience
- Ownership of basic hand tools
