Recruiter (Japan & Korea)

We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.

Applied Intuition entered the Japan market in 2019. The company has rapidly grown and established strategic relationships with major Japanese automotive OEM customers. Based in Otemachi area, the Tokyo site consists of more than 70 employees who previously come from Google, Woven, LG, Samsung and other renowned companies.

• Partner with key business and engineering leaders in expanding Applied Intuition's presence in Japan and Korea
• Independently manage and lead full-lifecycle recruiting workload for various roles in sales, engineering and general administration
• Learn how to utilize AI tools to improve productivity 
• Travel to HQ for initial onboarding and training 

• Strong desire to work for a high growth start up company 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English 

• Korean language proficiency 
• Agency and in house experience
