Responsibilities

The Contractor shall provide training evaluations that include assessments of and recommendations for improvements to system training, training equipment, simulator requirements, technical documentation, and equipment and simulator designs.

→Experience with simulation technology - generally understood as a device or software that assists with training, such as web-based or computer-based training software or systems.
→Support training required to execute test activities.
→Assist with the delivery of operational and maintenance training.
→Support the development of program specific handbooks and training courses (including computer-based training).
→Assists in training, implementation and execution of policies, practices, and procedures through various venues, working groups, Integrated Process Teams (IPT), independent assessment visits, consultation visits, and tailored instruction.
→Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

→Must be a U.S. Citizen
→Active Top Secret Clearance
→Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent experience
→Minimum 12+ years of experience in a Training Management or Instruction role
→Ability to Integrate with other organizations/teams
→Ability to develop a highly effective working relationship with the customer
