We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.
About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for an energetic and ambitious Talent Operations Coordinator to join the Applied Intuition team. You will play a substantial role in building and supporting the entire talent operations infrastructure from the ground up across the EMEA region. This role will provide you with an expanding set of responsibilities and more in a high growth and fast-paced environment.
Support our talent operations team in coordinating candidate interviews (phone, virtual, & onsite) for all open roles across EMEA
Streamline the interview process from end-to-end to ensure that candidates have an amazing experience
Evaluate and recommend talent operations strategies and solutions to make our processes more efficient
Plan and facilitate internal and external company events across the EMEA region
Support onboarding for New Hires as the company continues to grow in EMEA
Manage and improve the interview training process for the entire EMEA organization
Other Talent/General Operations responsibilities as required by the operations team on an ad-hoc basis
Bachelor's degree or 2 years of practical experience
Passionate about customer experience
Basic understanding of the Talent Operations function in a fast-moving business environment
Intuitive and able to identify potential areas of improvement in our operational cadence
