Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities Service product - Cross functional team leadership * Lead cross functional teams to drive process improvements, portfolio prioritization, cost focus on new products and scalable consolidated service product reporting * Key business partner to SBU heads to drive strategic process definition and collection of information for financial reviews * Define and implement finance processes, templates, and checkpoints that support evolving product development processes and strategies * Build and maintain robust cost models, economic assessments, and investment frameworks for ongoing and emerging service offerings. * Connect information from multiple sources (engineering, operations, commercial, and finance systems) to create new, scalable financial models and standards * Develop revenue, margin, and customer engagement plans, and evaluate value creation relative to required investment and associated risks Manage investment frameworks and prioritization * Support organizational portfolio management by assessing financial performance, investment needs, and value drivers across offerings to guide balanced, strategic decision‑making * Build sustainable evaluation processes that support consistent, long‑term business planning and capability building Lead and facilitate engagement with finance and non‑finance stakeholders * Lead working sessions to define roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and operating mechanisms for new and evolving finance processes * Drive strategic conversations, synthesize insights, and align recommendations across multiple stakeholder groups Improve financial performance and support long‑term growth priorities * Prepare and consolidate key financial analyses, including QoQ and YoY revenue and margin performance * Identify execution opportunities, monitor progress, and help drive corrective actions where needed * Build scalable KPI dashboards, trackers and financial frameworks to help leadership prioritize the highest value opportunities and strategic initiatives * Streamline and document core finance processes Key Expectations * Deepen understanding of the service business environment and emerging trends * Collaborate, communicate and lead effectively across functions, enabling alignment and improved execution * Bring curiosity and structured thinking to understand top‑line and bottom‑line drivers * Establish scalable, repeatable processes that strengthen the finance function’s impact * Operate proactively and independently, delivering high‑quality outcomes even with limited direction or in ambiguous situations Education/Experience * Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, MBA preferred * Typically 5–7+ years of relevant experience * Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL strongly preferred ## Qualifications ### Education: Master's Degree ### Skills ### Certifications: ### Languages: ### Years of Experience: 4 - 7 Years ### Work Experience: ## Additional Information ### ### Shift: 10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America) ### ### Travel: No ### ### Relocation Eligible: No ### Referral Payment Plan: Employee Referral (Standard) U.S. Salary Range: $106,000.00 - $146,000.00 The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
