More than 440 million ad events flow through our systems daily, and the Advertising Analytics team is responsible for understanding, improving, and safeguarding that ad delivery system.
With over 2,000 games from top studios around the world, Data Analysts dig into the algorithms behind ad delivery. They redesign, experiment, and investigate everything across complex, asynchronous ad delivery systems, using Python and Airflow to build the analytical infrastructure that makes that possible. The team owns the business layer: alarms, performance tracking, and Tableau dashboards, which translate analytical findings into clear data-driven decisions for business and product teams, and unlock rapid business scale-up.
The go-to person for a region. You'll own the first line of technical knowledge for our Americas unit, working directly with business stakeholders. You translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Analytically sharp, technically grounded. You have 2+ years in a Data, AdOps, or BizOps role and work fluently in SQL — CTEs, joins, aggregations. At adjoe, you'll be diagnosing and investigating issues across systems that process 440 million ad events daily.
You thrive in analysing complex, asynchronous systems. Ad delivery at adjoe spans complex pipelines across 2,000+ advertiser games. Use your analytical skills to diagnose, resolve, or prioritize technical and data-related issues from the region.
Builds for scale, not just for now. You think beyond one-off analysis, contributing to reporting, monitoring, and alerting systems that serve global operations. Experience with Airflow, dbt, or API integrations is a strong plus.
Familiar with BI tooling. You've worked with tools like Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, or similar.
Plus: background in AdTech or mobile app analytics.
Plus: comfortable showcasing technical skills live without LLM assistance.
