Temporary Benefits Administrator (Part-Time)

The Part-Time Temporary Benefits Administrator provides ongoing support to the Union Health and Welfare process.

• →Review hours credits applicable to member benefit calculations
• →Determine eligibility and apply coverage subsidies to each member account
• →Review and audit member payments with the Union Trust
• →Extract and process member payments, hire information, contact information, and terminations in the Union Trust administrators web site
• →Finalize payment of member subsidies by coordinating payment with the Union Trust entities and the Company’s Accounts Payable department
• →Support and process any enrollment requests with the Union enrollment department
• →Manage debits and credits
• →Provide ongoing support in the administration of Union benefit programs
• →Coordinate with internal departments in creating rosters, cost estimates, and in resolving billing and calculation issues

 

 

 

• Up to 6 month assignment
• Compensation: $30 per hour
• Hours: up to 30 hours per week
• Between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, but flexible until 5:00 PM
