We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Compliance Operations Specialist to support high-volume compliance and data privacy operations. In this role, you will complete structured, browser-based tasks involving online research, form submissions, email verification, documentation, and follow-up monitoring. You will work with detailed standard operating procedures and approved templates to ensure that each task is completed accurately, securely, and within the required timeframe.
This is an operations-focused role that requires strong attention to detail, written English proficiency, consistency, and the discipline to follow established procedures. Previous cybersecurity or software development experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities
~3 min read- →Complete assigned compliance, verification, and data processing tasks through web- based platforms and external websites.
- →Review names, addresses, contact details, and other information to determine whether online records are accurate matches.
- →Complete multi-step online forms and browser-based submission workflows according to established procedures.
- →Submit requests using approved web forms, email templates, and standardized communication formats.
- →Monitor designated email inboxes for verification messages, confirmation links, security codes, and required follow-up actions.
- →Click verification links, enter confirmation codes, and send approved templated responses within specified deadlines.
- →Complete CAPTCHAs and other browser-based verification challenges when required.
- →Capture screenshots, confirmation numbers, timestamps, URLs, and other evidence required to document completed tasks.
- →Maintain complete and accurate records in the designated task management or ticketing system.
- →Conduct scheduled follow-up checks to confirm whether submitted requests have been successfully processed.
- →Re-submit, escalate, or flag incomplete and overdue tasks according to established procedures.
- →Identify suspicious emails, potential phishing attempts, unusual website activity, or process deviations and report them immediately.
- →Escalate unclear, conflicting, or potentially inaccurate information rather than making assumptions or deviating from procedures.
- →Meet established productivity, accuracy, quality, and completion targets.
- →Handle personal and confidential information in accordance with company privacy and security requirements.
- →Perform other related compliance and operations duties as assigned.
- →Approximately one to two years of experience in a BPO, shared services, or operations environment is preferred.
- →Experience in data entry, content moderation, compliance support, back-office processing, customer support, or IT help desk operations is an advantage.
- →Fresh graduates with strong written English skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured processes may also be considered.
- →Strong written English, including professional grammar, spelling, and sentence construction.
- →Comfortable working in a high-volume, queue-based environment with repetitive and process-driven tasks.
- →Ability to follow detailed, step-by-step standard operating procedures with accuracy and consistency.
- →Strong web navigation skills and confidence using multiple browser-based tools and websites.
- →Comfortable completing multi-step online forms, email verification processes, and browser-based submissions.
- →Familiarity with web-based dashboards, ticketing platforms, task management systems, or CRM tools is an advantage.
- →Strong attention to detail when comparing names, addresses, records, and other information across multiple systems.
- →Ability to capture screenshots and maintain accurate, complete, and timely activity logs.
- →Strong time management skills and the ability to manage tasks with strict deadlines.
- →Able to work independently while following a structured workflow and escalation process.
- →Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- →Willing to complete repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality and focus.
- →Experience handling sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information is highly desirable.
- →Php 35,000 - 39,500 all in
