This role is essential in maintaining the pristine condition of all public spaces, ensuring an exceptional experience for our discerning guests. • →Ensure all public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other common spaces are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• →Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests, addressing any queries or requests courteously.
• →Work collaboratively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• →Identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs promptly.

• →Previous experience in public area cleaning or housekeeping in a 5-star hotel environment is highly desirable.
• →Excellent attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• →Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• →Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
