Restaurant Hostess

Apt Resources, a well-known recruitment company, is seeking a friendly and outgoing Restaurant Hostess to join the team of one of their clients who have several restaurants in Dubai. As a Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for their guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.

• →Greet guests as they enter the restaurant, providing a warm and friendly welcome
• →Manage the reservation system effectively, ensuring all bookings are organized
• →Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient dining service
• →Communicate menu options to guests and answer any questions they may have
• →Assist in seating guests and ensuring they are comfortable throughout their visit
• →Manage guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner
• →Keep the restaurant organized and tidy, ensuring high levels of cleanliness

• →Proven experience as a Restaurant Hostess or in a similar role
• →Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• →Understanding of restaurant operations and excellent organizational abilities
• →Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• →A positive attitude and friendly demeanor towards guests
• →Flexibility to work in evenings and on weekends
• →High school diploma or equivalent education level.

AED 3000 to 3500 + 400 Food allowance + 350 to 500 (Service charge Avg) + 600-800 Credit card tips + free Accommodation + Transport + uniforms + Health insurance + air ticket ( once every two years) + Paid leave as per UAE laws
