📍 Location: Onsite – Kharadi, Pune | Remote for exceptional candidates

🕕 Working Hours: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (US EST Timezone)

• →Deliver engaging product demos to prospects and clients (SaaS / AI experience preferred)
• →Onboard and train new customers for rapid adoption
• →Act as the bridge between clients and the product/dev team
• →Test and validate all updates before release to clients
• →Collect and relay feedback, issues, and feature requests
• →Drive usage, satisfaction, and retention across our client base

• 2–4 years in customer success, onboarding, or SaaS support
• Excellent verbal and written English (neutral accent preferred)
• Willingness to work EST hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
• Strong presentation, training, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients

• Experience in recruitment or staffing industry
• Worked with corporate recruiters or staffing agencies
• Familiarity with CRM, ticketing systems, or QA workflows
• Previous work with AI, TTS, or voice-based products
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
