As a Junior Automation Engineer, you will work closely with our recruitment team to identify and automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and improve efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of automation and AI-driven solutions.

• →Automation Development: Identify and automate repetitive tasks for recruiters, such as:
  • →Sourcing candidates from LinkedIn and other paid resume portals.
  • →Using APIs to enrich contact details (e.g., finding email addresses and phone numbers).
  • →Automating communication workflows (e.g., sending emails, SMS, and making AI voice calls to prequalify candidates).
• →Process Optimization: Automate recruitment, onboarding, and human resources processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• →Tool Integration: Work with and learn tools like:
  • →Google Agent2Agent, Google AgentSpace, Google Agent SDK.
  • →N8N, Make, Zapier, and other automation platforms.
• →Collaboration: Work directly with recruiters to understand their workflows and develop automation solutions to eliminate redundant and boring tasks.
• →Learning and Development: Continuously enhance your skills in Python, AI tools, and automation technologies.

• Education: Fresh graduate in Computer Science or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of Python programming.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or a strong willingness to learn.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Work Hours: Ability to work in the EST time zone (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
• Location: Must be willing to work from our Kharadi, Pune office.
