As Founder’s Associate Intern for our Product Development Team, you will work very closely with our  VP of Engineering Anthony and our Founder & CEO Andreas to enable them and the productivity of their department.

This means being data-driven (by developing department reporting or ad-hoc analyses) and ensuring efficient operations (by preparing and hosting meetings). You will receive unique insights into the machinery of one of the fastest-growing and most exciting start-ups in Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare business-critical presentations for our Founder and VPs addressing the team or external stakeholders (e.g., All-hands, townhalls, investors, prospective clients)
  • Set-up, maintain, and enhance recurring analyses to give the Executive Team strong visibility into the state of our business
  • Build and maintain lightweight internal AI tools and automations with Claude to cut down manual reporting and ops work
  • Use Claude to accelerate analyses, research, and drafting: turning raw data from BigQuery, Linear, and Notion into board-ready narratives, decks, and recurring reports
  • Collaborate with our VPs on project management, direction setting, staffing modeling, and reporting
  • Run ad-hoc analyses and research
  • Establish processes and best practices to help our organization mature (e.g. removing silos, sharing knowledge & tooling between different departments)
  • Support company events (e.g. offsites, team events, hackathon)
  • You've worked in fast-paced environments before, e.g., in top-tier management consulting, private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or high-growth startups
  • You have strong FIGMA/PPT and Excel skills (ThinkCell is a significant plus)
  • You master strong analytical skills and have experience with analytics tools like Looker Studio
  • You are highly structured and know how to divide and conquer complex problems, enabling you to take ownership and execute projects quickly
  • You're comfortable with AI tools (Claude, etc.) you can get an LLM to do reliable, useful work, and you know when to verify its output rather than trust it blindly
  • You are known among your peers for a high sense of integrity and responsibility
  • You will join us for a minimum of 3 months, 6 months preferred
  • You have excellent English writing and conversational skills
