Arcetyp LLC is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support a US Federal Government client. Work on this contact will be performed primarily at the Government site at 500 Poydras Street, Suite 1117, New Orleans, LA 70130.

Position Overview
The Data Analyst provides technical, operational, and administrative support services to the US Government client onsite in New Orleans LA. The position supports the client Supervisor and program staff through data management, records management, SharePoint support, program tracking, document development, and reporting activities. This role requires a highly organized professional capable of supporting multiple concurrent assignments in a fast-paced Federal program environment involving coordination with Government personnel, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry and Records Management Support
- Support development, preparation, maintenance, and quality control of datasets for incorporation into the COAST SharePoint environment
- Assist program staff with tracking applications, assignments, reviews, and records management activities
- Coordinate with records management personnel and Government staff to identify, organize, and resolve records management issues
- Maintain records management tracking spreadsheets and status trackers
- Track completion of field site visits and related observation forms
- Send reminders and follow-ups to program staff regarding required documentation and actions
- Assist with organization and maintenance of program documentation and records
Programmatic and Administrative Support
- Maintain schedules and trackers for assignments, deliverables, and programmatic documents
- Participate in staff meetings, take detailed meeting notes, and publish finalized meeting summaries
- Support development, formatting, editing, and finalization of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphics, and other program documents
- Assist in development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support preparation of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace deliverables
- Prepare recurring status reports and action item tracking updates
Quality Control and Compliance
- Perform quality assurance checks on datasets and documentation
- Support compliance with Federal records management requirements and NARA guidelines
- Follow Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) safeguarding procedures and Government security requirements
- Support maintenance of project documentation and audit-ready records
- Adhere to all Government confidentiality, records management, and information security policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Management, Data Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to successfully pass a Federal background investigation
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Experience using Google Workspace applications, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Presentations
- Experience organizing and managing data, reports, spreadsheets, and tracking systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Federal Government programs or contracts
- Experience with records management and document control processes
- Experience supporting SharePoint-based data environments
- Familiarity with Federal records management requirements and NARA guidance
- Experience preparing executive-level reports, briefings, and presentations
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams
