QC Technician
Reports to QC manager
Your Responsibilities

1. 根据公司规定要求，及时完成原辅材料的取样、检测、放行，确保原辅材料检测准确、放行及时，以及遇到异常问题时，及时沟通处理；
2. 根据公司规定要求，按时完成在线半成品、成品、其他样品的检测任务，并根据检测结果指导生产调配产品，确保在线半成品，成品满足产品标准的所有要求；
3. 及时接收采购各种原料样品，并支持原料指标检测，并将检测数据及检测结果录入系统；
4. 及时接收新品标准样品，并跟踪索要缺失的新品标样，支持研发工程师检测标准样品指标，并反馈检测结果；
5. 定期完成实验室设备的内部校准任务与维护；执行实验室GLP要求
6. 完成检测后，按要求记录相应的检测结果，并将相应的检测结果录入系统；
7. 完成在线定期GMP检查，反馈发现问题及跟踪整改措施，在线质量控制异常问题的沟通确认，与生产/维护同事共同解决突然问题,支持提供质量判定和意见
8. 跟踪反馈任何异常检测结果，及时处理在线不合格原料及成品，出现原料检测已成及在线产品检测结果与产品标准、规范不符，及生产过程出现异常时，及时向主管汇报；跟踪不符合项整改行动的持续关闭；
9. 负责产品的三角测试，并将测试结果反馈给相关同事，负责品尝样品及留存样品的制作与管理；
10. 领导安排的其他工作。

Your Profile

1. 食品科学、食品分析检测、化学相关专业大专以上学历；
2. 2年以上食品工厂食品检测、在线控制、检测分析工作经验；
3. 熟悉HACCP、GMP、过敏原、不合格品管理、FSSC管理等要求；
4. 熟悉实验室的主要检测设备与方法；
5. 熟练使用计算机，以及Word、Excel、PPT，Outlook等办公软件 ；
6. 能够适应倒班工作，适应公司的综合工作制度；
7. 主动积极的工作态度，责任心强；
8. 具有一定的英语读写能力。
