R&D Technician - Aqua

The position holder will be responsible for supporting shrimp nursery trials at the hatchery, conducting water quality and microbiological analyses, and testing feed physical properties.

• Conduct water sampling and water quality analysis, including pH, alkalinity, salinity, NH3, NO2, Ca, Mg, and K.
  Thực hiện lấy mẫu và phân tích chất lượng nước, bao gồm pH, độ kiềm, độ mặn, NH3, NO2, Ca, Mg và K.
• Perform microbiological testing of water samples, including Vibrio and Total Plate Count (TPC).

• Conduct tidal water sampling and analysis twice a month and provide relevant weather updates to concerned departments.

• Support shrimp nursery trials and collect, monitor, and record farming data from ponds/tanks.

• Prepare and monitor water quality before shrimp stocking and evaluate seed quality prior to stocking.

• Monitor and adjust daily feed intake and conduct daily water quality monitoring.
  Theo dõi và điều chỉnh lượng thức ăn hằng ngày, đồng thời thực hiện theo dõi chất lượng nước hằng ngày.
• Record daily activities and observations related to shrimp tanks and prepare weekly reports for the manager.
  Ghi nhận các hoạt động và quan sát hằng ngày liên quan đến các bể nuôi tôm và lập báo cáo hằng tuần cho Quản lý.
• Develop an understanding of the shrimp farming models operated at the Center, including water exchange, recirculation, biofloc, and biofilter systems.
  Tìm hiểu về các mô hình nuôi tôm được vận hành tại Trung tâm, bao gồm mô hình thay nước, tuần hoàn nước, biofloc và biofilter.
• Understand and follow operating procedures related to pond/tank preparation, water preparation, feeding, water quality management, and shrimp health monitoring.
  Nắm bắt và tuân thủ các quy trình vận hành liên quan đến chuẩn bị ao/bể, chuẩn bị nước, cho ăn, quản lý chất lượng nước và theo dõi sức khỏe tôm.
• Follow laboratory safety, biosafety, and company procedures.
  Tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn phòng thí nghiệm, an toàn sinh học và các quy trình của Công ty.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
  Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Quản lý.

Job Requirements | Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture or related fields (Animal Science, Biology).

Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Nuôi trồng Thủy sản hoặc các ngành liên quan (Chăn nuôi, Sinh học).

• Experience in aquaculture, shrimp farming, hatchery, or laboratory work is preferred.

Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm về nuôi trồng thủy sản, nuôi tôm, trại giống hoặc phòng thí nghiệm.

• Good attitude, responsible, proactive, and positive.

Thái độ tốt, có trách nhiệm, chủ động và tích cực.

• Able to communicate in English; proficient in MS Office and basic statistical analysis.

Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh; sử dụng tốt MS Office và có kiến thức cơ bản về thống kê.
