Childcare Coordinator - St. Mary of the Knobs School

St. Mary of the Knobs School in Floyds Knobs, is hiring a Childcare Coordinator for the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsible for the operation and leadership at St. Mary of the Knobs Childcare Ministry. Trains and supervises staff, manages activities, and works to build a rapport with parents in order to ensure a safe, developmentally appropriate environment for the children.

Primary responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day scheduling and activities for childcare
• Create and implement developmentally appropriate activities
• Monitor students and employees
• Train, encourage, and mentor employees
• Administer record keeping
• Ensure that the childcare ministry is in compliance with state requirements
• Maintain rapport with parents
• Work actively with employees and students to maintain high standards
• Hire and train employees
• Meet with school principal and parents as needed
• Create instructional resources as needed
