We are looking for a highly analytical and customer-focused Business Solutions Analyst to drive successful software implementations, business process improvements, and solution delivery for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working closely with stakeholders, and translating business requirements into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

→Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
→Conduct workshops and engage with clients to understand business processes.
→Design and implement business solutions using Arch Enterprise.
→Collaborate with clients, IT teams, developers, and management.
→Facilitate solution testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance.
→Manage implementation projects and support change management initiatives.
→Deliver training and ongoing support to clients.
→Identify opportunities for process optimisation and innovation.

Requirements

✅ Grade 12 / N3 qualification
✅ IT Degree/Diploma with 3 years' experience, or 5 years' relevant technical experience
✅ Retail industry experience
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
✅ Experience gathering requirements and designing business solutions
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
✅ Training and facilitation skills
✅ Knowledge of software development and project management principles
✅ SQL knowledge advantageous

Reliable internet connectivity for remote work
