he Arc of Chemung-Schuyler is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Cook to join our Residential Services team. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to prepare nutritious meals that support the health and well-being of individuals with developmental disabilities.

- Part-Time
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Approximately 30 hours per week
$16.00 - $18.40 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prepare meals according to dietary guidelines and individual program requirements
- →Adapt food preparation methods to meet individual needs (chopped, pureed, liquid diets, etc.)
- →Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- →Keep food, groceries, and household supplies stocked
- →Complete grocery shopping as needed
- →Monitor and maintain adaptive feeding equipment
- →Maintain food substitution documentation
- →Follow household grocery budgets
- →Report safety concerns promptly
- →Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements

- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
