Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a QIDP, you will coordinate, supervise, and support residential and day services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- →Coordinate and monitor person-centered services for individuals receiving residential and day supports
- →Facilitate and oversee Comprehensive Functional Assessments (CFAs) within Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs)
- →Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans
- →Ensure services meet regulatory requirements and agency standards
- →Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports
- →Monitor program quality and advocate for the needs and goals of individuals supported
- →Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure high-quality care
- →Communicate effectively with individuals served, families, staff, and external providers
- →Assist in identifying and addressing service needs through proactive problem-solving and planning
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Must meet Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) requirements as defined by Federal Medicaid Regulations
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Nice to Have
