As a Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing oversight and health related support to individuals receiving services through The Arc Chemung-Schuyler. This role focuses on promoting health and wellness, coordinating medical care, ensuring quality services and supporting individuals in a person-centered environment.

• →Monitor and support the health and wellness needs of individuals receiving services
• →Coordinate medical appointments, treatments and follow up care
• →provide nursing assessments and health related guidance
• →Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, family and healthcare providers
• →Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and nursing standards
• →Promote quality care and person-centered support
• →Assist with health education and wellness initiatives

• Current New York State Registered Nursing license required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Preferred-Minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience
• Preferred-Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD)
