Logistics & Supply ChainDemand Planner

Our Demand Planning team plays a pivotal role in connecting the business strategy to the realities of customer demand. We translate market signals, historical data, and cross-functional insights into a clear, forward-looking demand forecast that guides decision making across our organization. We work cross-functionally to align on expectations, challenge assumptions, and continuously refine our outlook to ensure the right products are available at the right time. We take ownership of the demand plan not as individuals, but as a collective - ensuring transparency, accountability, and shared success across the organization.

  • Owning the rolling 12-18 month demand forecast, balancing statistical rigor with business strategy
  • Setting and owning forecast accuracy targets and driving their continuous improvement
  • Defining the statistical forecasting approach and building the baseline models the team relies on
  • Leading the demand plan through the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle and driving consensus across stakeholders
  • Reconciling top-down financial targets with bottom-up SKU forecasts and influencing leadership on how to close the gaps
  • Shaping the volume outlook that drives Supply Planning’s capacity and build decisions
  • Leading process-development forums and advancing the maturity of how the team plans
  • Coaching and developing other planners, setting the standard for best practice across the team
  • Building demand curves and launch models for new products using analogs and market insight
  • Translating assortment launch plans into demand projections
  • Leading in-season performance management and driving corrective action
  • Integrating feedback from all markets, regions, and channels in a timely way so your demand plan captures the latest business trends
  • Leading scenario planning and risk management, anticipating demand risks and supply constraints before they surface
  • Influencing and aligning cross-functional partners — Merchandising, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Allocations, FP&A, and eCommerce to deliver results
  • Driving process improvement through identifying opportunities and learnings for demand planning improvement projects and initiatives as they arise
  • Working closely with other supply chain and product teams on inventory strategies
  • Mentoring team members in support of their development
  • You have 5-8 years experience in demand planning, merchandise planning, forecasting or relevant supply chain role
  • You can influence and build alignment with senior stakeholders, and confidently challenge assumptions with data
  • You have strong demand forecasting experience in a retail or wholesale environment
  • You have a strong foundation in statistical forecasting and can set the methodology, not just apply it, paired with a robust data analysis skillset and advanced proficiency in data manipulation and Excel
  • You have experience working with retail KPIs
  • You have experience with new product forecasting and lifecycle management
  • You have deep, hands-on experience with advanced planning software such as o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or Oracle

  • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
  • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
