Event Specialist

On Behalf of our Client we are looking for a Event Specialist . Job Summary : We are looking for a full-time Event Specialist . This role involves managing school events from initial planning stages through to successful execution. The Event Specialist will coordinate with internal teams, oversee on-site setups, ensure smooth operations during the events, and compile post-event reports. Responsibilities : · Organise and oversee school events, including those for students, staff, and parents. · Be present on-site to manage the event setup and ensure everything runs smoothly. · Coordinate with internal teams, including facilities, security, and external vendors. · Ensure all event materials and logistics are handled effectively and on time. · Submit post-event reports, including photos, feedback, and insights for improvement. Requirements Qualifications: A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not required. Experience: Proven hands-on experience in event planning, logistics, and execution. Physical Requirements: Ability to be on-site and assist with physical setups as needed. Working Hours: Flexibility in working hours is required, as some events may occur outside regular office hours.
