Direct Support Professional- EPD

Arion Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to serve our EPD community in their homes and/or community in Arizona.

• →Compassionate & Caring Attitude: You're passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.
• →Flexibility & Reliability: Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the members.
• →Experience: Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidates!
• →Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with individuals, families, and team members.
• →Physical Requirements: Ability to assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
• →Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for community-based services.
